Immersion Day - SURVIVAL at SHAKESPEAR PARK (Thursday 18h October)
Room 24 & Room 28 had a fantastic immersion into their inquiry of Survival. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed their day of Survival in the wilderness and had the opportunity to show bravery, resilience, respect and have tonnes of fun.
A range of activities developed wonderings and discoveries around Survival and the elements that they needed to consider. These were water collection, heat, fire, food, rescue/traps, first aid, mosquitoes, shelter and knots. Everyone has chosen an area of interest and will be researching, reflecting and sharing their new knowledge and understandings in the form of a workshop on Thursday Week 4.

Practical - What are the audience going to be able to do? Media - A range of media - videos, Keynote, photos etc Handout - to inform your audience and leave them with information that they can use. Pictures - relevant pictures, images, labelled diagrams where needed.
